If you want to get your site up at the top of the search engines you either pay someone to do it for you or you pay google and other search engines for a sponsored link, which you pay per click, or you can do it yourself.
I remember when I first started looking at how to get my sites up the top of the search engines and foolishly signed up to a company that phoned up and before I knew it I had signed up £90 a month for someone to email how to do it not do it just explain how to do it and this was for 3 years. I was so mad with myself that I was determined to do it myself and only ever got one email with was the basic SEO which was ok but not worth the money.
It basically said
Find your keywords——- So I had to do this
Write some content for your website include the keywords—-again I had to do this
Then email other sites and ask them to exchange links—- showing an example of an email to send off.
And that was it!
By the time they sent me the email I already read up about SEO and knew all about this anyway! Arghhhhhhh!
Oh they did tell me about putting keywords in the meta tags and alt images….
So after reading many articles and testing with different keywords and trying different methods to get your site up higher its quite simple follow all the basic steps don’t try anything unorthodox as this will penalise your site, like for example you have a keyword limo so you stick limo every where in your page content then the clever spiders that crawl the web can detect this and instead of putting you higher it may put you down a lot lower so never spam your site with keywords make good flowing sentences that flow and you will see the difference.
Ok there is a number of things needed you may have good keywords and good content but that alone is not enough especially if you have a lot of competitors fighting over the top 20 places on the search engines. But it is a combination of good meta titles keywords good content that is readable with keywords built in keywords in alt images and quality links. There is a bit of trial and error but when you get all the combination working your site should start moving.
There is a bit more to it but if you get the basics right it’s a start once you get the hang of it you can start looking at your competitors and see what they are doing that your not, and do a few tweaks but remember nothing happens overnight expect to wait a few days even weeks before it kicks in.

The most popular and cheapest way of link building is exchanging links with different and theme related websites. One-way link building is very costly which is usually obtained through paid inclusions (sponsored links). Three ways link building involves lots of work and is time consuming process in which there will be three domain names, which will participate to get one-way link to each other.
One way and three way are better to get but can be costly and involves more work so the one to go for is the straight you link to me and I will link back to you method.
There are ways of going about this and everyone has their own way but the basics are:
a. The link partner website should be of a similar topic to yours Travel /transportation/taxi etc..
b. Links coming from websites should have been online for sometime.
c. If the website has a higher page rank than you even better but the chances of you getting sites to link back to you are a lot less than sites similar in ranking to yours.
d. The link partner website should not be banned by search engines.
e. Link backs to our websites should not come from more than 3 clicks away.
Remember to carry out the basics and follow the rules and it will work if you try the quick fix approach and go off the rails approach you will forever be lingering in the depths! Also by past experiences if you feel you have not the time or think wow this is over my head then be aware of SEO companies that are basically cowboys and just after your money.
